Honor Our Veterans

America made a promise to every man and woman who wore the uniform: that when their service ended, they would never be forgotten. But too many veterans come home to a broken system — endless waitlists for care, barriers to housing, and silence around the mental health crisis claiming lives every single day. Zeeshan's plan is bold and clear: guaranteed healthcare, safe housing, economic opportunity, and real support for mental health and trauma recovery. Because honoring our veterans means more than parades and speeches — it means delivering the dignity, care, and opportunity they've earned.

Fulfill the Promise. Expand Care. End the Neglect.

Veterans put everything on the line for this country — but too many return home to a broken system that delays care, denies benefits, and forgets their service. From long VA wait times to rising homelessness and untreated trauma, America is failing those who sacrificed for us.

Our campaign believes that honoring veterans means real investment, real care, and real respect — not empty slogans.

Guarantee Comprehensive, Accessible Healthcare

Far too many veterans are caught in bureaucratic limbo — waiting months for appointments, denied coverage for critical services, or unable to get help near where they live. We must fix that — fast.

    We will:

  • Guarantee free, high-quality healthcare for all veterans, including mental health, dental, vision, hearing, and long-term care.
  • Upgrade and expand VA facilities, increase staffing, and modernize infrastructure to eliminate appointment backlogs.
  • Ensure seamless access to local community providers when VA services are delayed or unavailable — without red tape or lost continuity.

Every veteran deserves world-class care — with no barriers, no waitlists, and no compromises.

End Veteran Homelessness for Good

No one who served this country should sleep on the street. Yet more than 30,000 veterans experience homelessness every night in America — including many in Texas. This is a moral and policy failure.

We will:

  • Dramatically increase housing vouchers and permanent supportive housing through expanded HUD-VASH programs.
  • Launch federal-local partnerships to build affordable housing and transitional shelter for veterans and their families.
  • Fund wraparound services — mental health care, job training, and addiction support — to help veterans rebuild stability.

Housing is not a reward — it's a human right for those who served.

Build Economic Dignity Through Opportunity

Veterans often face underemployment, job discrimination, and a lack of support in transitioning back into civilian life. We can change that with bold, targeted investments in their future.

We will:

  • Expand the Post-9/11 GI Bill to include trade schools, apprenticeships, tech bootcamps, and cooperative business programs.
  • Prioritize veteran-owned businesses for federal contracts, small business grants, and startup accelerators.
  • Launch a Veterans Cooperative Fund to support worker-owned businesses and public interest ventures built by and for veterans.

Service shouldn't end at discharge — let's give veterans the tools to thrive in civilian life.

Fund Mental Health, Trauma Recovery & Suicide Prevention

The mental health crisis among veterans is devastating — but preventable. Suicide, PTSD, and substance abuse continue to claim lives due to underfunded and inaccessible support systems.

We will:

  • Guarantee 24/7 mental health access through telehealth, mobile clinics, and local community partnerships.
  • Fully fund PTSD and trauma recovery centers, addiction services, and family-based support programs.
  • Expand and train culturally competent, trauma-informed care teams — including providers with military experience.

No veteran should suffer in silence — care must be constant, compassionate, and complete. We are fighting to change that — by turning promises into policy, and gratitude into guaranteed care.

Join our movement to give veterans more than words — let's give them what they earned.

Truth Over Power. People Over Politics.
