Strong unions built the middle class, and rebuilding worker power is essential to rebuilding economic dignity in this country. Our labor policy is grounded in a simple principle: working people deserve real power on the job. That means protecting the right to organize, strike, and collectively bargain without retaliation, passing the PRO Act to end corporate union-busting, expanding union-led apprenticeship programs that lead to stable middle class careers, and fully enforcing labor law through a strong and independent NLRB. This campaign stands unequivocally with workers, not corporate donors, because an economy that works for working families depends on strong unions, fair wages, and shared prosperity.

Zeeshan supports passing the Protecting the Right to Organize Act to strengthen workers’ ability to unionize, prohibit employer interference, and modernize labor law for the 21st-century economy.
Collective Bargaining for All Workers.
The right to negotiate fair wages, benefits, and working conditions should belong to every worker, including public sector employees nationwide. Teachers, healthcare workers, firefighters, sanitation workers, and other public servants keep our communities running and deserve the same rights as any other worker.
Federal law must guarantee collective bargaining rights regardless of job category or state.
Ending Policies That Weaken Worker Power.
So-called right to work laws weaken unions by draining their resources and undermining worker solidarity. These policies suppress wages, reduce benefits, and tilt the economy further toward corporate power.
Zeeshan supports ending laws that undermine union strength while preserving workers’ freedom of choice. A fair system requires shared responsibility and shared benefits.
