Campaign Statement

The Choice is Clear

Voters – especially voters of color and voters under 40 – across Central Dallas, West Dallas, and Irving, have a choice to make between February 17th and February 27th, and on March 3rd, between AIPAC, Big Oil, and Trump-Donor funded candidates Julie Johnson/Colin Allred and the grassroots, people-powered campaign of Zeeshan Hafeez.

Financial Conflicts of Interest

Voters should be aware that Julie Johnson sold between $218,000 and $2.22 million worth of personal stock during the first week of April as the market crashed in response to Trump's tariff announcement — including shares in several companies that the U.S. House committees of which she's a member have jurisdiction, according to a NOTUS analysis of congressional records.

Special Interest Funding

Voters should know that Colin Allred, over the course of his career, has received upwards of $600,000 from Trump Donors at AIPAC.

Residency Question

All voters should also know that Julie Johnson and Colin Allred do not live in the district.
